Your Portal, Your Toner
Every client of ours has their custom portal that is tailormade to their printing needs. Portals are created exclusively between you and your sales representative the moment the first order is drafted, filling in your basic information and order preferences, allowing for swift and focused ordering.
The Process
Pickup
Empty Cartridges are collected either on the first visit, every order delivery or whenever you would like to schedule a pickup. These empty cartridges contain the valuable cores needed for remanufacturing and can be reused up to a 100 times over.
Dropoff
The empty cartridges are dropped off at our warehouse for sorting into the different makes and specific models, stored safely for future use and remanufacturing.
Rebuild
As orders come into our facility, we take the empty cores and strip them of all there old and dirty components, clean the basic cores of the cartridge and then rebuild them using quality OEM parts, faithfully restoring them to their full capability.
Test
While we have full faith in our builders, we always endeavor to make absolutely sure that your cartridges are fully functioning and free of issues. We test all our rebuilt cartridges on printers we keep in house and test for any printing irregularities or errors before sending them off.
Package
After testing, we perform a final cleaning, chip in a new computer chip for printer to toner integration and seal them away in an anti-static, ready to be carefully package in our recycled cardboard boxes.
Deliver
After packaging and assembling your complete order, our delivery driver proceeds to your place of business, or whatever address is preferred by you, and deliver your brand new toners.
